Ute Arnold, UNEGI Body-Psychotherapist, invites you to a Self-Healing Journey and/or professional training in UNERGI Body-Psychotherapy.

My commitment, as a UNERGI Body-Psychotherapist, is to be continuously present to my own internal expansive process. The combination of mechanical expertise in body-mind emotion integration with intellectual knowledge and intuitive awareness, as well as respect of our extraordinary and often complicated nature, creates the deepest levels of trust in myself and therefore in my private clients, or students. We become who we are rather than what we know.

With the body’s knowledge and awareness we reclaim our inner authority, which offers us tremendous freedom and always provides the next level of exploration. Together we will practice a sensitive language of touch (Alexander technique), verbal dialogue (Gestalt therapy), and UNERGI core-support movements. This simultaneous blending of dynamic modalities will return meaningful connections in personal and professional relationships to us. Habitual responses that no longer serve us will fall away naturally, and are replaced by new levels of joyous self-care.

This opens the door safely to the re-orientation of a traumatic personal history. It is especially effective in reprogramming abusive touch and neglect experiences, but also addresses symptoms like physical and emotional pain, insomnia, illness, depression, addiction, etc. Body-dialogue, body-mapping, psycho-physical movements and listening touch are some of the skills I offer to help you re-establish a deeper sense of self to face and overcome early wounding.

As your enthusiasm for you commitment to self exploration grows, you might feel inspired to write and then re-design your physical, emotional and/or spiritual autobiography.

My experience has shown me that this kind of self appreciation of an expanded self provides the shortcut for health and healing.
